Thank you for your concern.
I apologize for my recent emails from other addresses; I have accumulated a few too many working on the web. I am also sorry about being confused about my policy code, as you have seen. Could you please remind me?
I understand this is all very unprofessional, but these times are rather difficult for me.
I will do my best to remain available, but would much rather do this via electronic means.

Mr. Dale Sprague,
As your insurance company, we at Collective Protective would like to say we're sorry you had an accident on 02/14/2003 in Pemberton Twsp, NJ and would like to assure you that your reports and claims are being processed just as soon as possible. please be certain to make yourself available to our adjustors who will be calling you to discuss the details of the accident and your applicable coverages.
As always, your patronage is appreciated. We wish you a speedy recovery.
We put the pieces back together again.
I made sure the sending adress and reply adress were Dale's by creating a fake account in outlook. With a bit of luck they'll reply to the email box we have access to.
I would advise against other people trying it out, we wouldn't want CP to exclusively pass through Bruce...
Justin "personation" Case
P.S: Thanks for the mandate and the help Diandra

Oops. First thing I did when I found that site was send them an email using the code at the bottom of their email as the policy # (whose inclusion, having worked at an insurance company once upon a time, was standard procedure in all correspondence with customers which is why I assumed it is the policy #).
I wasn't quite as crafty with the email address but your email covers that so we shall see if either of us gets a response.
