Hi, so, uh, I'm new, this being my first post, but I'm pretty excited.
I noticed that nobody has pointed out thisa page: http://wizardcurriculum.com/find-caitlin
It has a tarot card and "If you can't find her, she doesn't exist."

So, it shows a tarot card, titles 'le Bateleur', french for 'The Magician'. The number and general imagery matching up to the magician too.
While this may be inconsequential, it may not be 'Caitlin' on the card at all, as 'le bateleur' is masculine yet Caitlin is a feminine name. Granted- this may just be me rambling and it is her.

The upright position would represent Skill, diplomacy, will, the existence of a manipulator, and potential. Furthermore, in french decks- this cards obvious origins- it represents more a slight of hand/stage magician figure. I suppose there's also a trickster vibe associated, along with the fool.

Then there's the symbol I don't recognize next to the name.

So, uh, sorry for the dump but I think that Caitlin may not be a real person, but maybe something more meta. I think it is something more focused on the creators of the sight 'bridging the gap' between normal humans and the magus- similar the the symbology of the card bridging heaven and earth. Maybe Caitlin is even the reader, acting as the bridge the arcane due to us having to 'know ourselves'. Or maybe this is a red herring for now, but will become incredibly useful 'late game'. I say that because while it is low ranked, it can award bonus points for the last trick and is generally a wild card. It also can fill in gaps, so it may mean more later once we have more clues.
Sorry I rambled so much if I wasn't clear or this ends up begin nonsense, but thanks, I hope this helps someone.

Hi. Ads123 "sub=substitution" idea seemed really viable esp. in conection with the substitution puzzle on the MEM page so emailed WC Staff about that page.

In an email reply the WC Staff wrote:
Thank you for finding and solving MEM. "I can" is the solution to the current puzzle. Excellent work!

This leads to the next puzzle:

They changed the world by six degrees

Beginning with Isosceles

Ask one question and no more

To unlock and open the first door.

Am truly befuddled re how/which puzzle "I can" has solved (? the "helpme.jpeg" puzzle?) and now the WC Homepage has a twitter link. Cyas...

They Changed the world by six degrees: I did a quick Google search and came up with a climate change youtube video, all about the predicted effects of the global temperature rising by six degrees, not sure if relevant but its a heck of a coincidence if it isn't.
Starting with Iscosceles: got hung up here for a bit admittedly. Then I did what I always seem to do, I ran with the little info I had (a name and climate change) and came up with a Wordpress Blogpost from a user named.. you guessed it, Gospel Isosceles. It is a poem of sorts, and at the end (more relevant to our interests) there's a specific quote:
Quote:
But I ask for climate change.

I ask for mercy.
Not sure if this is the correct answer or not, but that's just my findings. Since it only gives us one question, it could be either of them.

Alef

The image next to le Bateleur appears to be the hebrew letter "alef".

Been awhile since I dropped by UF, gonna take a look around Smile

We now have 48 members of the External Temple.

The Temple is now open.

If you are interested in continuing, please tell us one significance of 48.

In return we will send you a story. A different story for each of you. A story which will propel you into the Temple. A story which may redeem you. A story which may be the saving of us all.

Cheers!

UPDATE
I sent an email with the text "I ask for mercy" and received this response"
Quote:
A question is usually designed to elicit information.

You ask for an act, one of which we always bestow.

We are merciful, but do you seek information?

not sure how to respond to this, but I'll sleep on it and see what unconcious me comes up with
