Board is becoming full of new topics that can have the information posted easily in other topics. I don't mind new topics, but in this case it could totally go right in the entry threads

Sarah is just as likely to be important as any of the other yagoffs we haven't seen aside from 1 or 2 flashbacks.

It's Brian. It probably is considering they are near the same height and that totheark got footage of Jay coughing in the hallway of Brian's house.

Either that or Troy and Joseph will troll us and make it someone we haven't seen before.

Brian just based on similarities in build/walk. Most visible in the Entry where Jay finds the most recent tape. 66? I don't keep of Entry numbers. It's pretty obvious in that one that at least the actor is the same though.

I think he is Brian, based his body build in some entries (in entry 67 I think the one who playing Hoody is Troy, but as it was stated before, they change Hoody's actor depending on who can do that). Also the thing of Brian being the first Tim's friend, makes me think that this gives to him a reason to be him. Also Brian has been more important in the series than Sarah, Seth or Amy.
I also thought it could be an asociation between Brian and Seth, or even someone who we don't know.

I don't think he is a girl, seriously. His body shape has never coincided with a girl's shape I think. I assume that when we have seen him "thinner", it was because Troy is who is under the hood. Look at his movements, his walking, even his feet xD

I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure about that.

Beyond the idea that Hoody's got the same height/build/stray-lock-of-hair as Brian, it'd make some kind of sense in game. He was Tim and Alex's mutual friend, and he played a prominent part in Alex's shitty fake movie before things went south.

Out of game, they're bringing him back on a more regular basis, which I suspect means they're giving us some fodder to guide our speculations.

Truthfully, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if the Totheark channel maintainer was a composite of a number of people who'd been involved with the original horrifying events of, like, what, 2006? ...But I think that Tim and Brian are the only two who have been taking an active role in the process of stalking Alex down and using Jay to reveal the surrounding mysteries of The Operator to the world... for whatever reason that might be.

eta: It's awfully sad that there's not really any chance that Jay could have been a part of the mask-wearing shenanigans of trying to kill Alex, though. The way that things have been set up, with Tim not remembering masked events, it'd be grand to see Jay having similar episodes. I guess everyone can't play the same role in this series.

As for Seth being totheark... heckit, I don't think it's too unbelievable. The three guys who were around for the original filming could quite easily be their own entities: 'Masky', 'Hoody' and totheark respectively. The great thing about anonymity is that they could just as easily all be responsible for the youtube channel.

It's too bad that Sarah isn't involved, though I think her story ended with the blood stains all over the bottom of the hospital from #22.

I was 100% convinced it's Brian... but then I voted Seth. And now I'm not sure again. While I'm leaning towards Brian, consider the following:

- Hoody is probably totheark, and the first totheark video was a response to Entry #9, which had Seth as a camera man
- totheark videos tend to be very involved, as if a professional camera man was behind them. I think Pravado pointed this out.
- Seth was probably the one filming Entry #20 (we don't know exactly who, but it's the closest guess), and he was very explicitly focusing on the sick Tim
- Someone was filming Jay when Entry #13 was being filmed
- Seth was the first one to be brought to the hospital by Alex (entry #22)
- it doesn't seem like Seth was very close to the group when Alex was filming Marble Hornets?? He barely spoke in #9, #20 (assuming it was him filming), #22 (I understand this was partly because Troy was playing Seth there, though) and #54. He gives a very creepy vibe, in retrospect.
