Video showed up today, what the heck is it?

a Youtuber known as fromthereclamation posted a video today. It moves by really fast and doesn't make complete sense. It was posted today, my friend sent me a link to me an hour ago.

The subject was reclaim. He had two words: "THE RECLAMATION." I tried to contact him but he didn't answer. I got sent to voice mail in a matter of seconds. I looked up the meaning of reclamation: a restoration of wasteland, morality, or productivity. What does that have to do with this?
