It is using the Korean Hangul alphabet, which is fairly easy to transcribe into sounds using a chart. The question is whether language is actually Korean is up to someone who can read it. (not me)

In honor of your Facility Key avatar, I've taken a stab at transcribing the sounds:
Quote:
m(e)k mi du si u s(e)m pul stod is

rir is t(e)s

chun toniti it(h) an

?i tu s (ae)n[d] ban[d] k(ae)m ?

I am fairly positive that this is NOT real Korean, but I don't hear any real words popping out of it in any spoken language that I know.

I'm probably stretching it here, but the last line could be interpreted as "iTunes and band camp" based on "i-tun-s aend ban-d kaem-p"

I can't think of anything for the other lines, though.
