I think there may have been a tiny bit of color distortion- the blood on the ladder looked purple to me for a moment, and the green is really saturated.
Idunno, idle observations, waiting for more to work with. ;__;

Random tree, out of pent up energy waiting for the rest of this information:
The 7 indeed refers to the Rabbits. The message "DON'T TELL VINNY" is addressed to GreenFeathers and the Rabbits, in regards to the information we're about to receive while simultaneously saying "LOL JEFF IS ALIVE BUT I STILL HAVE HIM." Tree = maybe we 8 can still communicate with Vinny, while others are unable? So he's saying don't tell him...
I have no idea, that sounds like grasping at air even to me. My brain is going. I hope the rest of this turns up soon.

I'd definitely agree with that tree (climb that tree? Fits the video). Alternately, you and the others have instructions to follow, based on what GreenFeathers got. We'll have to wait and see, it seems.

Also, it looks like the tree of Jeff's body being the body to keep alive is probably right after all. That or Evan's... it didn't look in very good condition.
