 		I also stuck on level 9 with the balkan state stuff..
You talk about a picture, or an errorpage, but on my computer nothing happens. I cant klick to a picture or something and so on.
I also tested this click enter or click on "submit" thing, also nothing happened. Hm.. Confused

Look at the source code for a hint on the Balkan State question. The picture comes in the next stage. If you still get stuck on stage 9 here's the answer:
