To me it looks like Jay just ran at the operator and the camera is distorted so the colors are all messed up and he is just leaning up against the wall passed out.

I don't know 100% but I'm assuming that's all it is

For me, more important than the distortion of the camera (because I think it's that, distortion) it's what happends to Jay exactly after that. There's a frame which you can see him dissapear. And then the discussion about warping and teleportation ocurring in Marble Hornets kicks off again.[/youtube]

all they were going for there was that jay gets knocked around by the operator, lands on a couch or against a wall, and the operator makes him vanish

there's no mask, there's no operator behind him in the shot
