Can we get some sort of function to stop users posting new topics before they have 50 posts?

I am getting so sick of threads like these: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=33091

Three new users making sure your rule of not deleting a thread if it has replies comes into effect.

They are just abusing the system and threads like these annoy me so much.

I just woke up, so excuse me for being grumpy, but I still think what I just asked for would be helpful to stop the trolling.

 		I've PMed all of the non-troll users not to ever, in any circumstance, reply to troll threads. User Cleavuz replied telling me to kill myself, so I doubt my point got across. Rolling Eyes Oh well.
