I see Joe. L on the box. probably a reference to the main character Joe Lamb. Maybe the box can be found in the movie. Looking forward to seeing all 4 pages. Thanks for finding this rocket.

I have a feeling Joe knew what the creature wanted too, and so he put Minker's note in a box shortly after the end of the film. Once he made contact, maybe he was somewhat possessed as well?

Yeah - I don't even know why I checked. Habit I guess.

Wonder if they'll keep things going until the DVD comes out. Maybe there's some answers included with it. If so - I hope they're releasing it tomorrow. Smile

Yes - I'd say Alex is Alexander Kaslov. Here's a link about a character from the old Six Million Dollar Man series that aired in the 70's. His name is Alexi Kaslov and he was a Russian rocket scientist/Soviet agent. I don't know if there's anything beyond coincidence here, but I thought it was interesting.

So let me get this straight. Josh has been feed clues to location of maps and letters from his father, Alex via Sara who whereabouts are unknown but we believe she is dead? Is that her grave? with no body? or Minker's grave with no body? in Ohio?

Josh has possession of 1 cube. This letter suggests that there are other cubes that didn't get back to the ship. He is being pursued by some group or persons who need all cubes for unknown purpose NOT related to power.

and members here at unfiction have been awarded 5 cubes via their success at RP. Are we sure no clues accompanied these cubes?

Even after reading summations here and elsewhere, I'm hopelessly lost.

Oh, that's awesome - they used this character, perhaps as hommage? Thank you for this found.

And: perhaps the story isn't quite at the end, since after the cubes arrived there will be something happen? No clue what, though...

For anyone who missed the latest ARG updates when the movie was released and we were paying more attention to it - here's what happened on STIES that led to Josh returning to Lillian:

There was a new printout on STIES where Josh explained that he got to Sarah who was a little bruised up but OK and staying with him. He also said the man who was hunting them was killed by some flash of energy that he couldn't understand. When the elusive device name (1912) is entered on the PDP-11 there is now a response that tells Josh his father's grave is in Lillian. When he checked the grave that was supposedly his father's it was empty.

I was going to ask previously...but then I thought maybe i should get back to real life...but theeeeennnn I decided to ask.. so here is.

So the Cube's people received are labled 5 of 5..but only 4 people got them?

So number 5 cube, there has to be something to this who is number 5 Josh?

Or there is another...cube?... Anyways I really want to know what the creature wants.. so

Maybe there are 5 cube recipients but one isn't a member on unfiction. Hey, it could happen :b
