Velour: What The Curtain is made of
Velour is a collaboration tool for puppet masters that has a few benefits over the others I've seen:

1) It's available.
2) It's free.
3) It has at least one feature specifically designed for ARGs: Character management.
4) I am dedicated to adding more ARG-specific features over time, this is not a final release.

It also has downfalls right now:

1) It's not incredibly powerful compared to, say, Basecamp.
2) It does not yet have a Wiki, which I really wanted to get in before the first release.
