The site opens up at 8:00PM for every timezone.
I'm going to go ahead and assume the website, or whatever it is, will open once all timezones reach the 8:00 mark.

Actually, you missed the capital I. The capital letters spell "WHO IS JOHN".

And, when the countdown reached zero, the text changed to "John is here" (you can see it in the Javascript). Otherwise, nothing changes.

The Javascript in the source code changed after the counter hit zero. I never noticed it days ago.

I might be wrong though, I might have just not seen it. But something like that would have surely caught my eye.

Nothing changes.. yet.

The style of his messages are different, and up to this point only Zelda songs have been used. (Aside from the main page on both arcs)

It's possible that this is a spinoff/gamejack , but I don't see any reason pointing to that.
