Yeah, I've been following this somewhat. I got the impression that the youshouldnthavedonethat page was fan-made, from the numerous references to the IRC (followers on /x/ had made an IRC room for speculation the day before).

Another series in the vein of marblehornets, waiting for it to unfold some more.

EDIT: I... actually just noticed youshouldnthavedonethat.net was linked on the youtube. of particular note is http://www.youshouldnthavedonethat.net/index.php/contact/ben, a countdown to the fourth day, and apparently Jadusable's secret message this time. The music file on that page is called "Creeeep Sales.mp3", for whatever that's worth.

The thing I don't understand is that the countdown says the fourth day is in 3 hours. But when you mouse over it it says that the fourth day is September 19.

Glad to see this is being talked about here.

Currently, the site is up, but there is no content. I am thinking it will be restored sometime tomorrow as the counter originally mentioned the 19th.

Basically, the site is down because the 'missing Link' named Alex posted a video of Link playing the song of time, which reversed time by 3 days to before the site existed.
