The water mark is for SouthWorth paper company.

theres articles about security codes in documents. lots of stuff to read. There is apparently a date code embedded in the water mark.

The watermark is standard for Southworth, you could actually pick up a box of this type of paper in Staples, OfficeMax and other stationary stores.
