Yeah, you're probably right. Ha ha, let's call Tim to come hang out with us instead. He makes a much more convincing Masky. Razz

I had a horrible sleeping schedule before but after watching the series, plus my pitch black room, I'm boarding on insomniac. It doesn't help that insomnia is one of the symptoms of slendyitis.

Also I get nervous when I cough, stupid I know.

I refuse to look at mirrors in the dark, or just at night.

I've refused to look at mirrors in the dark ever since I first heard of Bloody Mary as a six-year-old during a sleepover. Slender Man has nothing on that wench!

Speaking of blood mary, last year I tried the whole dark bathroom thing. I came out clean, but was pissing myself at the time.

Well, I have become so paranoid that I am officailly filming myself. Stupid, Amazing Marble Hornets. Later, I will transfer the VHS to cd and fast forward it on the computer, you know, to save time.

I swear I've seen him. After I saw 26 I was walking to school in the morning. It was foggy as all hell and I thought to myself that this fit perfectly with slendy. Then I look to the trees and I see a tree. Only it looked nothing like a tree. It had the branches reaching to the ground and no trunk from what I could tell from a distance. I ran to the bus stop, but I had to look back to see if it was following me. Yet when I looked back, the tree-like figure was gone. Nowhere in th rest of the fog or anything. Gone. I was relieved and edgy for the rest of the day. Oh god, I hope I was just being paranoid.

I'm pretty sure pissing yourself does not constitute as "clean."

Nothing too major for me, just a quick scan of the woodline every once and a while, and I no longer sleep facing the wall.

That was my favorite way to sleep though. :C

Good lord, I could write a book about how MH has affected my life.

First and foremost - my electric bill. Seriously. MH has rekindled a fear of the dark that I haven't had since elementary school. I try about once a week to go to sleep with all the lights off, and I can't - I usually toss and turn nervously for fifteen or twenty minutes before turning on a lamp, or the bathroom light. (This renewed fear of the dark is not useful during things like BLACKOUTS. My power went out for a few hours one night about a month ago, and I legitimately had a panic attack.)

Secondly - my sleep habits in general. It does not help that the setup of my bedroom is similar to Jay's, so I keep expecting to open my eyes in the middle of the night and discover Masky crouching on my dresser.

Third - Fear of cameras. I was videotaping myself a few nights ago to rehearse a song, and was irrationally afraid to watch the video, for fear of what I might see lurking in the background.

Fourth - I'm becoming a bad influence. I've gotten most of my friends hooked, as well as about 25% of the cast of the play I'm directing right now. We had a power surge in the theatre a few nights ago, and when the lights flickered, there were screams of "SLENDERMAN!!!!" from all directions.

Basically, I'm a paranoid nerd.
