this certainly isn't what i was expecting. correct me if i'm wrong, but is this the first act of obvious violence? I'm disregarding Masky's lunge because i still think it might have been a "get out of here, it's not safe here" type of thing

 		Im not gonna lie i was expecting to see slenderman somewhere, and im scared seeing as how that was a real apartment and that was live news.

I think they edited out everything that gave away a name or location [look at the vid info].

Maybe the MH script is real? Remember the painting in #20?

This. My vote is on this being Masky's doing; Slenderman doesn't seem to have a reason to torch Jay's place. I'd also bet that this is part of the plan to get Jay to lead him "to the ark": now that Jay's displaced, he doesn't have a whole lot of other places to go, really. And it also states pretty clearly that if Jay thinks he can sit around and lock himself in again...things'll get hot pretty fast.

And not the slash-tastic kind of hot, either. >.>

jay said toward the end, the broadcast was experiencing technical difficulties, so perhaps slendy or mask has found him.

I sure hope that isn't the case (the tapes being burned), but then why would Jay think to lug a bunch of tapes with him when he didn't want to have anything to do with that project any more? All new footage ahoy!
