Hey Bruce, have anything up for trade? I have six packs, so am willing to let go of a few. Still can't decide if I want to open at least one. Hmm....

These are UNOPENED. Should I open any or leave them sealed? I could go either way as I was lucky enough to snag my favorite card (the light cycles) during the Gridlock Rendevouz back in Feb. If anyone is interested in trading for a pack, I am still looking for the light cycle and Punch-out Arcade Aid pins.

I have the entire box of wax packs.. unopened box! Still smell like bubble gum... Can't imagine eating one of those sticks though Shocked

Yeah, something about 28 year old bubble gum doesn't sound either appetizing, or safe for that matter Razz

Well, on the other hand, it's just as edible now as it was back then.

You might cut your tongue open eating that old gum.

Yeah I was going to say, no gum from those packs was EVER soft. Even in baseball cards those things were hard. Maybe they are like twinkies where they never expire. That gum is probably 100% pure preservatives.

Yea, I was gunna say too...
But on the other hand, you haven't lived if you have never nearly broken your teeth on 2+ year of baseball card gum Smile

I recently opened a pack of Black Hole trading cards from the same year and the gum was kind of gray. Needless to say, it went in the trash. Still can't decide if I want to open at least one pack. The temptation is killing me.

If it helps, finding those packs still sealed on eBay is not that tough, so you could pretty easily replace them if you just HAD open one of those suckers up...

Yeah, but I am a bit afraid of the "Can't open just one" syndrom once I start. Shocked

Whew!
I updated the SWAG SWAP Database with all the details from this thread so it should be current. Some folks like shaved_ape really used this thread and were quite a moving target, so it may not be perfectly reflecting your current haves and have-nots. Also, seems that a lot of people likely didn't update the thread when they no longer needed an item. So, please at least look at it to see if it's current and then everyone who needs something can know who still has it.

Just updated the file with my stuff. I put a positive number in if I have something up for grabs and a negative if I am looking for something, correct?

I think I saw a box of them on Ebay going for $20 & shipping, so it might be kinda cool to see what they consist of! Plus, we need all those tips for the Tron game they're talking about! Wink
