Anyway, it's definitely Tim, but how and why he's involved is pretty curious. It might even be possible TTA has Tim hostage to show he's serious and this is like a ransom note, but I doubt it.

 		It would make sense if Tim's keeping secrets from J - things left unsaid in 17 that led to 18's big brouhaha. It could also mean that J's keeping secrets. Maybe all of them are keeping secrets from each other. Knowledge, perhaps, of their personal encounters with SM.

 		TTA's responses as of 15 were for J. Therefore, what is said is most likely in reference to J.


So, when TTA says " You have been keeping secrets," he probably means that J is hiding something from us.

 		Ah, but if J were to see that picture and recognize it as Tim, and if J wasn't the one keeping secrets (As far out as that could be - I assume he very much IS keeping things from us), he could start having paranoia about Tim's secret-keeping. Something to keep in mind - TTA isn't beyond mind games.

As for what's being shown, it looks like the burned out shell of a house.

It could still be saying that, it's just it's showing a picture of Tim at the end which implies his involvement as well. Compared to J's appearance in 13 I can't really see the resemblance, but it looks a lot like Tim compared to what we've seen of him so far.

The footage looks like some kind of destroyed battleship, or a garbage barge.

To me it looks like old battleships, or something. Also, it looks like the images are being projected by one of those old projection machines.

Yes, I do agree with that. But it just seems a little too direct. if he wanted to give J a little nudge in Tim's accusation, wouldn't he just have said, " He can't be trusted" or something like that?
