Strange links from the PerplexCity site.
I don't mind If someone has looked into this already, but I was wondering what to make of these two sites.

Of course the original site is long gone. The odd bit is the link topics. Most players from season 1 will remember Violet's interest in Texas Hold'em Poker, on ocassion the links make a kind of sense. Though the rest is just filler which can happen when a domain name is let go.

The other is stranger still.

http://www.perplexcitysentinel.com

Since the prolonged demise of the ARG element to PerplexCity the old news site has been replaced with a site in Japanese regarding dentistry and herbal remedies. I've been using the Yahoo babel fish to see if something of interest had been hidden. But I haven't taken time to dig deeper.


Missing the fun. Any thoughts would be welcome.

 		I honestly have no idea how those people that snap up expired domains work, but I wouldn't be surprised if they ran a search on the web archive to see what was previously at a domain, and try to bring up relevant stuff. Notice there's also a lot about florists... because after all, Violet.

No idea on the Sentinel one though. None at all.
