The whois info is actually pretty standard anonymous who-is info. Registration through godaddy, under domainsbyproxy...
skynetresearch.com is on a dedicated IP with no other registered sites showing sharing the same IP. Pretty hard to track anything at this point about the domain, other than the WB connection, unfortunately
