[SPEC] Jamie Lascano actress finally found?
I may be wrong but check it

There is a young Canadian actress named Sarah Lind who (to me anyway) looks like our Jamie. She would have to dye her hair blonde and maybe wear blue contacts. Remember these pictures are not that new.

It makes sense from her name --Sarah nettleute (which is not a last name as far as I can find) and Lind as in Linds from Jamie's blog.

From her Myspace:
Jamie's Interests
General Graphic Design Event Planning Bikram Yoga Photography Healthy Delicious Food Sketching World Travel Animation Concerts Movies and even a little Banjo

From a movie review:
SARAH LIND - Cody

One of Canada's finest young performers, Sarah Lind got an early start to her career, and hasn't looked back since. She has been awarded twice with the Leo Award for Best Performance in a Children's series for her work on the hit CBC series, “Edgemont,” and was previously seen in a regular role on the critically-acclaimed series, “Mentors”. Feature film appearances include a supporting role in the upcoming, “A Simple Curve,” from director, Aubrey Nealon, as well as a gritty turn in Guy Bennett's, “Punch”. When she's away from set, Sarah plays the banjo and sings in a band, and is an accomplished writer

BANJO!!! how uncommon is that?

So I'm not 100% percent sure or even 50%, just putting it out there for you guys to look into if you want. Some side by side comparasions would be good to prove or disprove this.

So who's going to watch you die?...

Yah thats the picture that convinced me to post this, and the banjo mention. Remember some pics like the first one are when she is a real young actress. I dunno, but I just don't want to feel too stupid for seeing the simularities.

Sarah Lind plays "Stephanie" in this clip from "Dead Like Me"

YouTube Video - 1:00, 2:40 on

I don't think that's our girl.

Sarah Lind is my sisters name. I'm Kel Lind.

Sadly she's not the actress.

Reading the OP made me freak out for a second though...

Are the Jamie videos' broken down with frame by frame screen caps anywhere yet? That would be helpful.

I can say 100% that she does not play Jamie. I used to watch her on Edgemont for a couple years. Their voices are different and Sarah would not look like that if she had blonde hair.

Nice find though.

She kind of looks like Selma Blair.

That's what I was hoping for - someone to have watched her in that series.

It's been about 8 years since Edgemont first started airing, and Sarah had really short hair in the earlier episodes.

However, she is a really good actress and may even be better than the actress who plays Jamie.

Any frame can be grabbed out of a .mov file in iMovie, and saved as a JPEG. is there one of the videos at any particular point in it's timeframe you can name as where you'd like the still captured?

Just some good clear pictures from all angles of her might help to find her.
