 Looking for a ARG, new to the Scene

Welcome to the genre. If you spent some time looking around the guides then I'm sure you looked around THIS forum and saw a number threads that start out with the SAME question - that you are looking for a game to play.

Please, folks. Try to use an existing thread that is on the same topic rather than starting a whole new thread for the SAME question.

We don't have any sure fire way to direct anyone to a game that meets their specific requests. In unFiction we see the new games the same time as someone posts a trailhead in here. From the rabbithole it is not always easy to figure out what type of game it is going to be, how long it will last, what type of puzzles or interaction it will had, or if it will even continue or impload (unless the Puppet Master is a known entity).

So, what does a new person do? Read through News & Rumors for the new games (or those with a single trailhead thread). Read the various different [TAGS] in Potentials for games going on but not sure if they are ARGs or if they are going to impload. Then there are those established games with their own mini-forums. Check to see if there is a chat room for that game after reading through the thread. Then join the game and give it a try.
