 		This one was a nasty bugger. The Flash was telling us to use crescent and gibbous moons (see your maps). Then we had to sorta cut and paste (copies of a map are great here) and line up the top and bottom halves of the fake numerals to get real numerals - here is a great pic credit to the folks at prometheus digital! And specifically to SuperSlug over there for the pic

You end up with 3602 and 0459

Since 04 59 is too low a number, subtract it from 180 00 (179 degrees, 60 minutes) to get 17501

And that gives us
