My initial attempt at translation seems to have been pretty close. Bryan filled in the blanks.

That's what I put up on the wiki right after I posted the email.
You've gotta be right about "Repeat" and "test" (TINAG jokes aside ). I think the rest of it is some kind of evacuation orders.

I'll see if Bryan can help shed any light on the more unclear lines. Although, honestly, I'm more insterested in the Yshk La passage. But . . . it seems possible that one may in fact be ABOUT Bryan, so I'm not so sure about brining it to him. Mabye YshkLanti can help with it?

The translation for "kyakan" is missing. Did Bryan say something about it? I guess it's "way" or "chance"?

Yes. Bryan filled in the blanks and made a few corrections after I'd sent him my tenetive translation. So, it's confirmed.
Also, sorry about the typo (just missed the word there). "kyakan" means "chance".
