It's either
A.The trailhead, which will eventually lead to the main game in 07
or
B.Just a blog droping hints on puzzles that will be released in 07

I'm fascinated by this ARG! Ima resident of North Dallas and a student of UT-D myself I went and checked the art & technology department to ask about D-city! I couldn't find anything out there, but I emailed the adrss on the blog at deus-city.blogspot.com and got a re: almost immediately! Turns out they are accepting puzzle makers! I'm not a programmer, so I won't be doing it myself, but if anybody else knows waht an "api" is then be my guest!!!

An api is basically a set of defined codes and such, that one can use to build a program. So basically they would send u the building blocks that are pre programmed that they want people to use and you just slap em together however u need them to be used.

Either way you should keep an eye on the blog

The blog does have some important information. If you plan on being involved you should probably read it at least once a week.
And yes, I am involved in the development of this game.
Also we're still looking for more puzzle developers. You don't have to know anything about programming but it helps. (We're much more interested in creativity)

NEW - Oops... PNAMBC... (Deletia; excised by author for privacy reasons.)
Some other links of interest:
Adam Brackin's most whimsical Blogger profile , including his email:
albrackinSPLAT gmail.com
And Yahoo IM address:
albrackin
(Deletia)
I assume that all of this stuff is game related. I am completely new to ARG (had heard rumours about the Beast and Majestic before, but this is my first sojourn into a new world), so please trout me anytime you need to. (Yes, as a matter of fact, I have been reading the glossary. )

They seem to be related in that cfreak has a link to the deus city blog on his profile page, whether Fundi tech. is acctually a legit company or not I really dont know. A simple whois lookup gave me THIS Which seems to suggest that it is an ingame site, what its relation to the game is i dont know.
Also I'm also a complete newb to the ARG scene so it looks like we are diving in together!

I emailed Adam Brackin with the message text:
"The future is coming."
I recieved the following reply:
"The present is coming. The past is now. Hack the feed."
I also called the number for Fundi Technologies, and got a live answer. I asked about Deus City (bad form?) and was told that I had reached 'the company that is making the game' and directed to Adam Brackin's email for more information. Now, it may be possible that I've been played but the person referring to the 'game' makes it seem legit. PNAMBC? AM I way off base here?

Has anyone tried to add brackin to yahoo messenger, if you haven't seen it his yahoo address is on his profile page .
I don't have a Yahoo messenger account set up and I should be sleeping so I don't have the time.

I emailed Brackin, the same message as Violet Nightshade, "The Future is coming" and the reply that I got just said "Watch the 11's"
I'm not entirely sure what to make of this, I know that the countdown will end on the 11th of November but that may not be his entire meaning.
Also Nightshade what does "PNAMBC" mean?

Wow you guys make me laugh I'll give you guys a few answers, mostly so I stop getting calls at 3am (*NIGHTSHADE*).
Fundi Technologies, LLC is a real company, we do web services development. If you don't believe it you can check with the State of Texas.
The reason we are involved is because Adam is a friend of mine. When he found out I had started a company he asked if I could help with the project. I honestly don't know much about the game other than what I need to program it.
Also my personal blog has nothing to do with the game either
Watch the elevens my friends ... and if you want to call me, feel free, just please do it during the day, lest my wife pull the plug on the whole project

Oh man, I'm laughing pretty hard right now...
I just read the blog, and then this thread, after asking google for "deus city" "future is coming" to explain a cryptic message on written on the calendar by my roommate, VioletNightshade.
I'm pretty intrigued, now, by ARGs in general and Deus City in particular. Looks like I've got some FAQs to read....
