[Water Set] Yellow #096 Castle In The Sky

I will try to upload a bunch of scans later, including this one, if someone doesn't beat me to it.

The card pictures the silhouettes of eight of the world's tallest buildings along side a height scale in meters. The heights are as follows (approximations by my eye):

A - 450m
B - 320m
C - 500m
D - 450m
E - 330m
F - 320m
G - 480m
H - 780m

The card reads:

card text wrote:
While researching Earth architecture, I realized how much smaller the buildings are compared to Ascendancy Point. Even your proposed buildings don't come near to it's colossal 1.3 km height.

(signed Von)

Can you match these buildings to their correct names?

Sears Tower
Trump Megastructure
Kingdom Center
Shanhai World Financial Center
Burj Al Arab
Taipei 101
London Bridge Tower
Petronas Twin Tower

The solution is as follows:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

A - Petronas Twin Tower
B - Kingdom Center
C - Taipei 101
D - Sears Tower
E - Burj Al Arab
F - London Bridge Tower
G - Shanghai World Financial Center
H - Trump Megastructure

I just want to add that, being a worker in London Bridge, the tower is not actually commonly known as the London Bridge Tower. In fact if you actually call it that people have no idea what it is. Its not been built yet either. Its infact known VERY commonly as the Shard of Glass

Agreed. Took me slightly longer to find a reference to the London bridge tower than the others, probably because its not commonly called that & hasnt been built yet!

Smile An easy card nonetheless once armed with wiki! Smile

I'm surprised that no-one has had Ascendancy Point added. Smile

I would, but I'm no artist... Wink

Am I the only person who thinks it's... I don't know, bizarre?... that a structure whose status is "fantasy" is on this card?

I don't find it strange. after all on another yellow card, a fantasy language "elvish" is part of the answer.
