I'm only familiar with the one about the seagull, but a little googling brought up the following bibliography: http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/authors/Richard_Bach.htm - no immediate Olivers, though
Oh, and I tried looking for an "Oliver Dove", but haven't come across anything useful yet.

thats not a dove feather. but that little symbol is internationally almost how kids draw birds..
Edit: anyone care to help me design a page for an unrelated topic? PM me if your willing to help.

Check this out. Doesn't that font look familiar? And that symbol flashed up, superimposed over the moon, in the old Triska splash page.
So are we to assume that Islington has "hired" the Bill Godden Foundation via Toby Godden? Because he agrees with their principles and thinks they're taking a step in the right direction?
Or is this entire thing a big advertisement for the Foundation?
Ugh. I'm going to class.

Oh, yeah. This is definitely connected. If you drop the /Constitution/constitution.html this takes you to the home page, with other links. At the bottom is a green padlock that links to a secure page requiring a username and password. Ideas?
Also, on the ark and Oliver. Remember, Noah was led to land by the dove he released. I agree going to this event and tracking down Oliver is the way to go. Wish I could go!

Jackalope, would you mind if these pictures were posted on the Trskabiblios forum as well?
I thought maybe some of us could speculate there as well, then we could combine our thoughts without this post getting too long.
Thanks.

Okay, I poked around the Bill Godden Foundation site some more. I found 4 email addresses. One of the addresses is a mailto and will launch your email client: emailSPLAT billgoddenfoundation.org. The other three do not.
I sent this email to all of them:
Hello.
I seek the 13 books.
I seek Book Zero.
Can you help? It would be most appreciated.
Three of them bounced immediately, including emailSPLAT billgoddenfoundation.org. The email to Reinhold has not bounced yet. I'll definitely post here when/if I get a reply.

* On the page from the picture "1981" is a symbol, can you see about enhancing that one so that it is better visible.. (or maybe trace it on another sheet of paper or so?) From what i can see is that it is the same symbol as on the post script picture but it could be a turned yin yang symbol as well. or is it shinethrough from a previous page?
That is just bleed through from the opposite page, which is shown in picture "Post Script By.JPG"
Quote:
* The stamp on the picture "hand written" is not really clear.. Is there a way to make a picture of the stamp itself? or describe it or so...
I looks to be just a normal 60 cent (or the equivalent in Pounds/Euro), stamp used to send mail to the US from Europe. It has the American Eagle symbol where it's clutching the arrows and such.
Quote:
* Did you btw try to take the stamp off as well.. There might be something underneath it as well..
Not yet. I'm leaving town for a few days, and I only took the book with me, so it will have to wait until I get back. Sorry.
Quote:
* There seems to be a lil triangle in the top right corner of the stamp.. is this previous use?
I see no such triangle. Again, I will check when I get back home.
Quote:
* There seems to be some imprint on the left side of the S of the word scribe.. can you tell me what that is? is this one of the symbols that seem to be returning everywhere?
It is three dots, just like the symbol at the end of that same picture. I believe in the scientific community it is used to represent "Therefor."
Quote:
* In the picture i see half of a word on the bottom.. Can you tell me what that says?
That's just the "-> forward." You can see it better at the bottom of the "Hidden Writing.JPG"
Quote:
* Have you tried taking off the customs sheet? could be something underneath there as well
Not yet. I'll do that when I get home.
Quote:
* There seems to be some sort of "erased" symbol underneath the torn label, can you tell me what that is? or is it just shades.. :S
Nope, no symbol. I believe you are seeing how the envelope meets up. It is indeed a very strange envelope.
Quote:
* the writing in red, is that pencil? or is it pen?
Pen. Everything in Black is written in pen. Everything in Pink is written in pen. The only thing written in pencil seems to be what is written in "Afeared.JPG"

Feel free. I posted them here so everyone could look. But as I'm not at my home computer, I don't have access to the originals at the moment, so someone will have to transfer them.
Hope that answers all of your questions. If there are any more, please PM me so that we don't clutter the boards. I'll post the question and answer if it is a relevant item that everyone should read.
Also, one last thing that I forgot to mention last night. It didn't come out in the pictures, but if you look real close at the Mobius Strip on the back of the envelope, it looks like it is partially filled in. That's because there's a piece of fingerprint inside. Possibly the fingerprint of Izlington himself.

just to add to the conversation:
Dyfnant is welsh for ‘deep valley’, nant = stream or valley (metathesised as Dunvant). So dyfnant mill might be a watermill somewhere..
on the other hand, the address listed on that foundation site really looks like the one in the hidden message:
Dyfnant Mill Cottages, Dyfnant Mill
80/82 Heol Tawe, Tawe Road
Abercrave, Cravemouth
Swansea, Sea of swans
SA91XR,
Wales, Cymru
UK.
anybody in wales around that can check something out over there?

I believe the information under the address label is the address of Dyfnant Mill, in Wales, a cottage that has equity that funds the Godden Foundation.
EDIT: Ah, Dragkhar, you beat me to the punch

So I wonder if I'm supposed to forward the Book/Package to Toby then?

Thanks, Rogi. When I started out on this road I thought it was about one thing. Now I'm starting to think it's about something else entirely . My initial reaction fades and is replaced by something other. Time to take a small step back to appreciate the forest instead of analysing the bark on each of the trees. If you want to do the same, consider the following question: "What is this?" No, I mean, "What is this really ?" And: what are you doing about it?
Aren't we always beginning again?
