I considered that, too. I was just curious if I had somehow missed something in the process of losing money whilst answering the phone at work.

Oh hey, I have a question: so, like, what does Lucy's ID name mean?
"andadaughter"? She's thedealer's niece . What's up with that?
It could be, by logical deduction, an allusion to the fact that her father also had a son, or some other familial relative....?
I've tried ason, son, and andason, to no avail.

I think we've all been getting a little spoiler-tag happy. As I understand it, doesn't general ARG etiquette call for them to be used for puzzle solutions and little else?

Solutions, partial solutions, and... um, various spoilers - like, for example, in ILB you guys had to describe some Halo book plots... that kind of thing. Not that I pretend to know what the ARG etiquette really is. But, yeah, reading spoilered spec or spoilered updates... or, better yet, some randomly spoilered google info is damned annoying

Out of curiousity, where is everyone getting the information that all chips will be reset on Saturday? Is it from the message that you get when buying into a table? Because I took that to mean that anyone who was under $10000 in chips would be put back up to that at week's end, not that everyone would go back to $10000.

On the front page, the flashing message is "If you'RE readinG this, I'M already DEAD", with that capitalization. Anagram of IREGIMDEAD doesn't seem to turn up anything useful, has anyone else done anything with this? Is it even a clue?
This question still stands. It doesn't seem like we have any real big clues yet, but isn't it kind of early in the game to be waiting on the PMs?

People I've talked to while playing poker seem to hold the opinion that the PM's are going to reveal a clue in the near future. It seems to me that there must be some clues present on the site (such as the LooT/TooL thing) that we haven't noticed/acted on, but talk seems to be more focused on info that we already have. I'm pretty new to ARGs though, so maybe I just don't understand the current mentality.
BTW, Guest above is me. Apparently unforums doesn't think my post should take quite as long to write as the great American novel.

Ahhhh....
No, in a way you're right. Normally, we'd all be combing over the site for anything that remotely resembles the tiniest fragment of a clue.
But the PMs, being evil, twisted individuals (*rushes back to LCP to check chip count* -- *ahem* -- whom we respect greatly ), have distracted us with online poker. Normally, we search fanatically for clues and speculate wildly because there's nothing else to do.
You're right, though. I don't see any reason to believe we've found everything there is to find. We should be looking more.
But....poker....
