I sent myself an email at cityofdomes.net and it wasnt bounced either. So it seems all citizens have email accounts on CoD.net

It's more likely that all email to (anyaddress)@cityofdomes.net gets shunted to a catch-all account.

Yeah you're right. My email to dfsdaghdhjadfgSPLATcityofdomes.net went through too. Nevermind....

Only these two have worked (i.e. not bounced back), although as far as I'm aware no one has gotten a reply.
