I thought it was just a variation on "one risen" like in the email, for fancyness.

Also, this had better not be a horror ARG, I'm bad with horror. Sad

@above: yep, that's apparently the hindi sign thing for lear (my english is failing me here, could be a name/thing), and a normal ampersand (&).

Base64 of MzM4 is 338 not 388 so my first email failed. Waiting for reply with this new info.
