So then the bullets that hit him are written out of existence or something? That would explain the slight contradiction between Observer telling Noah that weapons are useless, but then saying that he missed instead of further explaining the futility of trying to harm him.

I'm wondering - and guys and girls correct me here if it's been covered - but what if The Collective don't know their actual weakness? What if the Nazi scientist were trying to use The Collective as a weapon through exploiting their weakness? Mary, like Karl, is safe in her knowledge. It makes sense that she wouldn't share it with Noah immedietly, if she thought he was alligned with The Collective (and she could think that the YouTube account is simply a ruse to lead her to disclose that knowledge to Noah)

I think The Collective aren't all powerful as they make out - that they can only manifest their powers under certain conditions or not all the time and that they need human agents to do most of their work for them in our reality.

Any word on when the next entry will be up? (I can wait, given how fantastic the series is, but all this speculation has just ramped up my anticipation)

Regarding the collective/vessel/slendy relationship, I stand by my theory that there is no third entity here. Slendy does something to a vessel's brain or soul or something, making minions that follow his will, a la Smith in the 2nd and 3rd Matrix movies, except he doesn't alter their appearance obviously.

So during that observer call where he briefly said 'I'm so sorry', he was briefly regaining his normal mind, until the slendy influence reasserted itself.

And given how the Mary call has made it clear the body stealing is important, maybe dead vessels are easier to turn into collective members, or maybe ONLY the dead can be influenced and changed.

do you guys remember the two bullet shells Noah found earlier in the series

or am I confusing this with MH

Yes and no. Noah found two bullet holes in his home, whereas Jay (in Marble Hornets) found a shell casing in the abandoned house.

On Nov. 20, Noah tweeted
"I found 2 bullet holes in the wall at the back of my hallway. I don't remember firing my gun. This is concerning."

In the video, he fires four shots.

So what happened to the other two bullets?
