Original tweet wasn't mine, but here's how I solved it:

Each cascade of ASCII symbols makes one row of letters.

M U T each just use 1 row of symbols

A uses 2 rows (1st piece of 2nd cascade starts lower part of A)

G N use 3 rows (1st piece of 3rd cascade starts lower part of G)

E uses 4 rows (4th cascade completes E)


The EoF at top is obvious...likely End of File as already tweeted.
