From the two images, for the column on the right, 1-59308-153-7 looks to be an ISBN number pointing to "The House of Mirth"
PSTBN would suggest it is pointing to a pastebin link, thus pastebin.com/ something.
From there it looks to be book code using the book above, but I haven't worked out the code system. In the end I'd say you should get two pastebin links.

Your right MrToasty, its a book cipher using The House of Mirth. I found a online version via google.

e.g. 1.6 V (Book One, Chapter Six, Fifth Word along and take the first letter of the word)

http://pastebin.com/zAuT52fw
http://pastebin.com/D9nCSGdC

There is half a code in each pastebin, resulting in ==Absl2d19We.
No idea where it leads to though.

Hi! Super job on all the book ciphering. Powerful novel, too. Seems silly to 'spoiler' ==Absl2d19We b/c it's Base64 reversed which decodes to: youwill.
And stating the obvious, on the 'golden boy' image the Base64 (Z29sZGVuIGJveQ==) reads as golden boy & the 'artisan' image Base64 (YXJ0aXNhbg==) is 'artisan'.

I noticed @madammeddler posted a link to youtube yesterday which I didn't get a chance to follow. I note now the Twitter account seems to be gone. I found a tumblr:
http://madammeddler.tumblr.com/

Which embeds this YouTube video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHjREelZpqo

The video is some distorted footage including a symbol with a cross in a circle, then ends with a plug for Gossip Girl. What a lot of effort to promote a TV program. Disappointed. Sad

I've never watched the show and don't really plan on starting now.

I guess the link between "Gossip Girl" and "Madam Meddler" is easy to see in the sense they have similar meanings and use alliteration.

There is also some backwards audio in the video.
