Informed Grace of the book she's looking for. The Jester has a new riddle up as well.

I will give you another clue, though: HR DQT HNDINOOP EXTS FKIR

What a pickle for Grace! And Jester's riddle string looks like a MD5 hash 'tho it doesn't decrypt on the usual online data bases. Dunno
ETA: YAY! to the orderly's riddle solver who's mentioned in his Blog where he answers redwulf's interesting question & talks about "E doors" (?Elimination?). Also

.....someone has answered Jester's cipher correctly. Am curious as a cat what it was tho I'll wait to see if one of his mates inquires about it.

ducksoup worked on one of the patient files.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Condition: Schizoaffective disorder.

History: Mr. Rutherford, during an psychotic episode, shot his wife and children and then dumped them in the nearby lake. Afterwards, he claimed that they were “possessed by the water” and then began speaking only in snippets of poems and songs, the most common one being “the lamb lies down, but it never lies down.”

Beakman’s Notes: An interesting observation of a person whose entire family was made into Camper. Perhaps with the right drug regimen, I can get him to forgot that they were Camper at all.

I got Lady's clue in Grace's blog decoded and posted a comment for her.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It's a Bifid cipher that decodes to "IN THE QUESTION MARK ROOM"

Hello everybody. I'm new! I used to follow ARGs and I've recently got interested again. I thought this looked like a good one to start with, but I must admit I'm a bit lost. Would it be possible for somebody to do a really quick summary of what happened in The Puppet's Game original?

Thanks.

Actually we don't have to. I guess as advertisement another guy did. (Probably another fear mythos writer seeing as the guy doesn't look like a character in play.)

The blog he posted about it in is here... and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Yeah that blog is by the main human antagonist of the "Shattered Psyche" series of blogs. While other Fear feature the primary ones involved are the Wooden Girl, the Quiet, and Slender Man. The other two blogs "Becoming the Face" and "Memories of the Heart" are linked to under the heading "Project Destiny's Chosen" on "the East's Eden" page.

Update on Grace's blog. I left a comment about a hidden message so don't read it if you don't want it spoiled. Not sure about the password...

On Jester's 531f3f989f66c8c89c6a28567c816462?

I see that the first five sets of six are hex colors

531f3f
989f66
c8c89c
6a2856
7c8164
62?

Like http://www.colorhexa.com/531f3f But it needs further conversion that I don't see atm.

Graces new password: ??
wave-runner ?
wave-dancer (My Little Pony) ?

What is that third thing?

HeHe. Jester's cipher (531f3f989f66c8c89c6a28567c816462) was an MD5 Hash decrypting to: "What is heavy forwards, but backwards is not?" A: a ton....very Cool
Found it in a data base I hadn't previously used & have now bookmarked b/c if it's good enough for Jester yada yada : http://www.md5hacker.com/

EDIT: Lady posted "The next book is somewhere in that notebook." My slim guess is Daniel Quinn's Ishmael, an interesting book. Maybe the 3rd bit is a "hurdle"?

The Orderly's May 1st riddle and its answer
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The riddle is in base64. After reversing the resulting text it reads: "I'm a seed that's underground. Many like to spread me around. But my family it's said is quite insane. And if you've a low I.Q you've this kind of brain. Eat me raw and I'll make you sick. Eat too much and you tongue will stick. What am I?"
Luckily saw the riddle's answer online: peanut

About the latest book title Lady wrote:
I will give you another hint though: it's on the last page.

Hi LatentMoths. The acrostic you found on that page seems to be a book title. EDIT May2: Posted it giving Props to you. Sleepy me was fail-whale (wrong page, too).

No worries amandel...I realized I had been working on the wrong page also. There's a new post on Grace's blog with clues to three passwords. No progress on my end yet...
