Lovely Molly A new puzzle trail from Haxen Films Hi... long LONG time since there's been a post from me, I've missed you guys And I return bearing gifts...
Breaking News from ARGN last night - Haxen Films sent a package containing pictures and a disc referring to their movie "Lovely Molly" (2011), which leads to a website with the disc received by ARGN, and clicking on the disc displays a high-res version of the disc. Clicking on each of the different types of writing/symbols (Braille, cuniform, etc) launches an entry form where you can submit your solve for the writing/symbols.
Looks like fun! Now go solve some puzzles

Or "FEAR" and "CE". I thought it should be "FEAR ME", but no way to make that C an M.

So this is just a beginning and no real solve, but maybe someone can make something out of that:

I managed to solve two earlier, and submitted a third but didn't hear back.
I'm pretty sure it was #3 and #5 I solved, and while I was told my answers were both correct, only the response to #3 said I was the first to correctly solve it. Looks like they're manually responding to answer submissions, and not being clear as to which are solved
Anyway, here's what I've got... (hints for now)
#3 : bottom center (told I was first to solve)
it's a very well known code...
#5 : upper left (told I solved correctly)
find what the symbol represents. The rest should be more easily deducible after that (don't know what that inverse T symbol means, but it's not really relevant once you know how to solve)
#1 : upper right (got no response to my submissions)
I got as far as enaxor & beastriker did with the braille. I thought it would be FEAR ME, so submitted that, and also tried sending just my analysis of it too.
The glyphs are hieroglyphs, symbols G45 and A2, which means, appropriately, FEAR. That's what makes me think it should be ME in braille as well. But there's no grid reference for the dots, so it maybe it's 35? Don't know...
Haven't solved these ones...
#2 : lower right
The symbol in the center I figure is for the zodiac, or astrology. The runes are Futhark, and the image above is what I've got. I've been trying to connect runes to constellations (there are 12, and there are 12 runes surrounding the symbol), but haven't got anywhere. Can't find any actual official connection, just theoretical rune/constellation connections. Stumped on that one as of now...
#4 : lower left
Zero idea. Been trying to find out what the central symbol is, to give a hint as to what to do with the rest...
The responses to my submissions -
puzzle #3

Unfortunately, in replying, it seems the email address they're using is bouncing. So... Waiting to hear back, again.
Don't know if I was first to solve #5 or not, but if not, it could mean they're sending out prizes for more than just the first solvers. Until we know for sure, I've stopped submitting answers since I was first to solve for #3

I received an e-mail saying I was the first to solve puzzle 1 but also got a bounceback. *frustrated*
EDIT: Seems they can't fix the bounceback problem but are aware of it now. Puzzle solvers are being contacted by a Jamie Nash...so keep an eye out.

Ah... so that's why the back of Michael's disk said "Rewards like this await the first five." Has to be the first 5 correct solves.
Now, what does "Simple symbols await a score." mean?

I know what the symbol represents, but not sure about the solve. Are you suggesting it's elemental?
eta...

The symbol is also representative of Odin's Cross. Which would also point to Futhark.

If I were to say yes, would that be a spoiler?
If I were to say no, would I be lying?
I will say neither

is the website telling you when you've entered the correct solution? I'm not getting any message other than "Your answer has been submitted." and I'm not getting any emails at all. Yet, I swear I have a few of these correctly figured out.
By my reckoning, here is where we stand, going clockwise:
#1: upper right (JenniPowell solved it first)
#2: lower right (no one has solved this yet?)
#3: bottom center (theBruce solved it first)
#4: lower left (no one has solved this yet?)
#5: upper left (theBruce got it right)
And I also think I have answers for three of these {1,3,5} and have submitted two-word phrases for each, yet I get no confirmation that I'm right. I could very well have guessed #4 correctly but might never know it! Are we being secretive about our answers until the first five people are rewarded for each one? I'm happy to compare notes, offline if necessary.

I don't know if there's an automated system to determine if a submission is correct, but my guess is they're manually reviewing and replying to submissions if they have the correct answer. Don't yet know if it's one prize per puzzle or if more than just the first solver gets mail.
My correct submissions were just the phrases in the box and nothing else.
After my followup email bounced though, I used the same form on the site to let them know, and got a [meta] reply back; so they are at least reading the submission emails individually as they come in.
