I noticed that the text follows a question that is asked on the Immersion Unlimited main page - which is the background for the flash.

The question is about how you've signed up for an ARG, and it's late at night. You get an IM that says, "I just wanted to make sure you're home." And then there's a knock at the door. It then asks if you answer the door, or stay as still as possible until they go away?

I noticed on the element page that:

Can this relate to the Lucky Lady clue?

I am still trying to put all the pieces of this game together. Right now I am, more or less, just looking for connections anyplace that I can find them.

Rose, I think you may well be right..

I think that the implication may be: Once we find RealityBreaker - ie the key which Gen recently found - we will find some other way to access.

I think this possibly refers to the Mercurious AI. Finding RealityBreaker (aka Lady Luck) lead us to its head via Toxicwaste -> Half Life. So once we find the other parts and get the AI back online, that will be our different method of accessing PG, and that could be what this page is referring to.
