Speaking of gaps... anyone wondering where the next update is? Ingame it could be pegged down to Jay needing to move somewhere safe first, but RL I suppose it could be they needed to start filming somewhere else and do something complex.

Alright, I only got through half the thread so if I'm covering territory already covered well...sorry...

I don't think our masked friend is the same as the previous one. Whether or not that was Tim...is anyone's guess. (Evidence pointing out it probably is)

However this attack seems off. Old masky always seemed to be in control, had the variables play out in his favor. Jumping him in the house, lurking around his bed, etc. etc. This new "attack" (if it can be called that) seems half hazard at best, and pretty amateurish.

Also, in my opinion, it doesn't look like Tim much at all. Heavier set, the mask looks different, though similar, and the movement is all off. Sideburns and a coat that was probably mass produced do not concrete evidence make.

I put in my vote for the strange hoodie wearing guy from the park. His build seems about right, and he was a little too prominent for me to just write him off. (Red herrings and paranoia aside) His confusion when Jay approaches him isn't surprising. Given the fact that we know SM and Masky both cause electrical interference, I want to make some wild guess at magnetism or something of the like playing into it. Like Jay is tagged as the north for some inner compass on the masked men. They don't know why, but they're drawn to them, it feels right. When they dawn the mask and lose themselves, to...whatever unspeakable thing they might be lost in, they're drawn back to Jay with whatever dark business they might have with him. (I'm not really on the helpful masky bandwagon, or even if he's necessarily TTA, though he definitely wants something from Jay. But so does TTA...)

It makes me wonder about the other natural phenomena that might be lurking in the background. Beyond electrical distortion I remember a lot of discussion about water in the latter part of last season. The footage of the storm in one of the entries or responses. (Too lazy to look it up) Is there anything else that we could've missed.

Also, this could easily be a trick of the light, but around the 0:20 mark when Jay approaches the camera there are two shadows. Significant...no idea.

Tim is actually a fairly stocky guy. Check out some of his OOG vids, or even Entry 19 where he's on top of the dresser.

Of course, knowing these guys, it probably won't be tomorrow. I'm sure he'll end up finding some creepy-ass tape before the day is over. The MH guys have been keeping us waiting too long, they know that, so they probably won't make us wait another whole day, right?
