I used a screw and a Box cutter. I turned the screw through the mask until the hole was big enough, then I trimmed the excess plastic off with the box cutter.

Mine came with holes. And elastic. c:

Buuuut on the other hand I'm fairly sure the eyeholes are smaller and a different shape to the ones all you Americans/Canadians have.

Stupid England. /mumblegrump

It's not entirely accurate and it was done all via photo effects cause I'm sadly not cool enough to get a real mask.

A normal sharpie would come out terrible on a mask. Either it'd be too light or the ink would run. Some form of acrylic paint would work best and I think they make paint based sharpies too.

Don't have a pic off had though, sorry.

But what did they make the mask out of? I heard some kind of blank halloween mask, but I've never seen nor heard of one of those.

It's a blank plastic halloween mask that you can buy for about $5 in Michael's stores. Or if you don't live in North America/near a Michael's I'm not really sure. :[

Ahhh! After looking, I can't find the correct mask online. Anyone have a link of a perfectly plain one, not one with the paint? Or maybe multiple links? Please and thank you.

I don't think they sell it on the online store. You'd have to go in the store; I think it's in the party section.
