It also appears Hardington's remote access link is restricted, you get the following URL prompt when you try to access it:

-> http://www.encominternational.com/error.htm?aspxerrorpath=/accessinfration.aspx

It's not "restricted"; it's missing or broken. That's the format for an error handler in ASP.NET.

In other words: either page ain't there or there's an error on it.

I saw someone posting (and then deleting) a new thread about this link and thought I'd add that it is likely supposed to go to:
http://www.encominternational.com/accessinfraction.aspx

These "updates" are killing me.

Hey! Want to play Corporate Boredom?! Read emails! Do reports! Attend meetings! Read more emails!

Also, I'm tired of getting wrong numbers on the Tron Phone. So far, it's two "refinance your mortgage" types, one guy wanting to reschedule a pool inspection, and one guy who spoke Spanish.

I want something to crack or decode, damnit!

I believe they've said SPO is on the way... Patience - the film is still over 6 months away.

Um... there's still the lightcycle color images - I swear they look like a 2D barcode that I just saw yesterday on a label.

This thread was so a buzz with speculation and the brain power on the images was something fun to watch (alas, my own brain isn't wired that way... I'm more code than graphic)

So - how about it Programs?

yeah, i'm feeling rather bummed about not seeing anything new. it doesn't have to be a blockbuster, but some fun info or something would be nice.

 Tinfoil hats at the ready...

Hello, was tootling around looking for my weekly fix of intrigue and Encoms search engine entry for the employee intranet caught my attention with a typo...

Quote:
Employee Intranate - Encom International

Has it always been mispelled? Or is it a subtle hint to Nate Hardington...

Tenuous at best I know...

Not surprising. It's pretty much guaranteed that they read these forums.

It seems that many of their entries for this wootoff are tron related :> from their currentone

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Hey, bro, I’m all for sticking to ENCOM and everything, but I don’t know how far you’re going to get with that HP Pavilion Quad-Core Processor Desktop. I mean, the graphics card is barely going to be able to render a lightcycle.

No, I’m not knockin’ your machine or anything. I mean it’s got a quad core processor, 8 gigs of fast DDR3 RAM, a terabyte hard drive, and even a SuperMulti DVD Burner with LightScribe Technology.

That stuff just seems better suited as, y’know, a home computer. Surfing the web, online banking, storing music and videos and stuff. Not hacking into ENCOM to find evidence that they stole some games from you.

Why should I even have to tell you this? You’re a computer genius. Shouldn’t you at least be running Linux or something?
