Wow, that was great. She answered a lot of my questions. Visokiy is not Slender Man, but a different entity. They just happen to be similar.
Slender Man, as in the HIM picture, has only been seen in her dreams, where he kills someone, diagonal slash might mean something.
Because, instead of the (X) we usually see, it's just (/).
Really interesting, very well done.

On the coded page it was put into ROT13 and this is what it says when decoded.
"i what she calls visokiy
she out

Still working on the title.

Double post, also the title of it seem to be Nasa codewords.
LCISN : Solar Winds or Looking for water on other planets (not sure?)
KUMYP : Blackhole
DAJCW : Imagery
L: ?
Not one hundred percent sure though.

Morse code im not too certain of the results, but...i tried decoding the morse in two of those titles and subtitles, respectively.
for the title of entry 10/03/10, if you remove the Xs the Morse code, decodes to DINAARII.
For the subtitle of entry 06/03/10, under the NASA codewords, and also removing the Xs, it decodes to MCJFEDRIL
I may be way off though...those dont seem to make any sense, unless theyre also coded, but with what, if any cipher...i cant be sure.

Here's a thought. the youtube account used to post the video is named "AVisokyi". A Visokyi. There's more than one.

Perhaps, some of the images do show more then one "tallman".

Latest video, there's certainly some SSTV (slow scan tv) being done here. If anyone can lend a hand by doing some scanning it'd be great or show me how to do it please send me a message. Also for the latest tweet on there, is anyone missing part of the code since it has...boxes in it I suppose? I don't know what language pack or any of the sort I could be missing for it not to show up, but let us see.

Anyone have a clue about the gibberish on the new entry?
http://clgretel.wordpress.com/2010/03/23/xotm-g-xotm-u-xuyoky/
Apparently "Wodao" is apparently a sword for a specific chinese group, but I don't really know much about codes and the ilk.

My first thought on the gibberish is that it's a cipher, or possibly a "forwarded" alphabet (e.g. a = b, b = c or something like a = c, b = d). Not so simple as my example, but yeah.

It probably could be 3 things:
Phonetical substituition: If you could form words from the sounds, but it’s not likely.
Anagrams: Try put the letters in some order.
Substituition cypher: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Substitution_cipher . I tried on this one, but I don’t have the patience: http://math.ucsd.edu/~crypto/java/EARLYCIPHERS/Monoalphabetic.html
