Sorry all, a minor emergency came up and I couldn't go... How'd you guys do? I should be able to make it tomorrow, if need be...
How'd the Bellagio phones do? I'm hoping all these calls arrive at the same phone, or else we're in trouble....

Struck out at the Bellagio. I tried four sets of payphones, once I realized they did receive incoming calls, and rang nice and loud, too.
I hit four phone banks at the four times:
Across from the Victoria's Secret-ish shop
Further down the hall at the entrance to the casino
At the entrance to Mystere (or 'O', I always get those two mixed up).
At the Fontain Lounge.
No incoming rings at any of those four. I suppose I could try to hit four more, tomorrow, but it'll take forever to try them all.

This axon is becoming my personal nemesis. I mean, one phone, four calls. How hard should that be???!!!

OK guys, we're up to bat. We're one of the new axons at the updated recipe3.html page. The location is a little different, near the original one put up the first day.
17:59 PDT
36.139499 -115.160355
I'm thinking it's the Arby's just up the street from Circus Circus. I scoped it all out that first day, but never saw a phone.
I wasn't planning on going back tonight, as I usually avoid the strip on weekends like the plague, but I'll be there. As many as we can get would be great, as we only have one shot, and we're the only ones who can unlock this one.

Any news on if the other Kivekuts axons are still up? Man, this is sucking, first we get axons, but they're false alarms. Then we get more axons, but we can't find the stupid phones. Now we have another axon, hopefully this phone will be obvious...
Please?
Now that I think about it, the Mall would been a LOT easier... oh well, gotta take what you can get...

Off Topic, but good luck on those phones guys. Especially since we're counting on you for the Recipe3 ones, seeing you're the only ones who can access them for us. No pressure or anything...

A bust on the phones in Vegas today.
According to Darkphan, were were in the right place:
2680 S LAS VEGAS BLVD
LAS VEGAS, NV 89109 Decimal Degrees Deg:Min:Sec
Lat: 36.139499 36:08:22.196N
Lon: -115.160355 115:09:37.278W
Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip
2680 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Don't know what to make of that.
For what it's worth, we scouted a little more, and there are two payphones at the entrance to Wet N Wild across the street. One was broken, but the other accepted in coming calls.
I can't make tomorrow night, but I'll try to send someone.

BUCK FUTTER!!!!! No dice on the phones by the Bellagio Conservatory OF Flowers... 8 phones, no ring... (although there was somebody on one at the time)... found another set of phones by the front between Jasmine and Fontana... Has anyone checked those phones yet?
BTW, just had a scary thought, what if the phones we're looking for are at Paris? Maybe at the top of the Eiffel Tower?
Oh well, not a total loss, got a free cookie from the visiting Hofbrauhaus girls, and visited the Bugsy Siegel memorial at the Flamingo....
The Grail will have to wait another day... (sigh)

OK, regarding Candidate:
Consulting with Darkphan, we've determined that we're pretty much positive that it's the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the strip. The address 2680 LV Blvd. comes up as the EXACT coordinates at geocode.com.
Sooooooooo.........
I guess there must be some more payphones lurking there somewhere. I was in the Business room, and the two payphones there did NOT ring. I'm happy to check it out more thoroughly, but I can't get there tomorrow night (gig). Any takers?

Sure, why not... It'll prolly be easier for that one than the one on the strip...
