I dunno, CaptKing... take a listen to the attached. It's the bit that seems to have a whisper in it. I'm not very good at manipulating audio, but it certainly sounds like a voice to me. Dunno

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, Kesselgarden.

(Sometimes I feel dumb when reverse-engineering answers, and then I realize that sometimes, I just don't know certain things, like how many ways I can translate audio sounds to actual words.)
