Rowan made the solve here: http://tinyurl.com/LAdropsolve

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
RE: PROJECT NAACZAAL

STATUS BRIEFING, OCTOBER SECOND

WE ARE ACTIVELY SEEKING A LOCATION NOW FOR FULL SCALE CONSTRUCTION.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

1. SECURITY IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE. LOCAL GOVERNMENT MUST BE ABLE TO CONTROL INFORMATION INTO AND OUT OF THE INSTALLATION.

2. A REMOTE LOCATION IS DESIRABLE FOR THE SAME REASONS.

3. A SKILLED AND HIGHLY TECHNICAL LABOR FORCE MUST BE AVAILABLE, EITHER ON SITE OR WILLING TO LOCATE. THIS LABOR POOL MUST BE OF SOME SIZE.

4. GEOLOGICAL STABILITY IN THE FIRST PHASES OF CRISIS MUST BE HIGH TO ALLOW TIME FOR EVALUATION PROCEDURES TO COMPLETE.

5. THE INSTALLATION MUST BE SUFFICIENTLY LARGE UP ALLOW FULL SCALE CONSTRUCTION TO TAKE PLACE. WE ARE NARROWING OUR CHOICES DOWN AND NEGOTIATING WITH POTENTIAL HOSTS AT THIS TIME. EXPECT A FINAL DECISION BY THE END OF THE MONTH.

ALL STAFF PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS OVERVIEW IS EYES ONLY AND SHOULD BE DELETED AFTER READING.

End of the month? Lame. But this is getting good. It looks like they're building something for a dam maybe? The drafting sketches are a little unclear, but it is an engineering firm.

I wonder what username and password we can use, maybe dmeyers?

To whet your appetite, here is some of the message. This is taking forever to decode because you have to rotate the numbers after every word!

OOO THANK YOU! I'M SO SORRY! I'll Leave it in the spoiler while I keep editing it.

good work man, that is awesome. Did you send it to corruption theory. Maybe you will get your name on the website. According to Rowan The letters corresponding to numbers were sequential, first maybe a =14, then the next phrase a=13 etc. 0,-1,-2 and so on. Good job to both of you. Credit is definitely due.

It started out as A = 1, B = 2, C = 3 ... and Z = 26. After every word, the ROT rotated up one so the next word it was A = 2, B =3 ... and Z = 1. You had to rotate it after every word so it made for a very tedious decode, but it was well worth it.

It sure would be nice if they made use of those packages by mailing them off to, say, some of the AMBASSADORS ( Wink ) who continue to offer Soren their support.

I so agree!! Very Happy

Hooray for a game rolling up to speed. Although its an awful long time to wait, I'm glad that there might be more drops.

Wait, so those of us who got the L.A. drop, are we supposed to e-mail something to someone? This is what happens when you haven't been playing so far...

Oh man, No PHOENIX, AZ. I hope they add it or do another type of drop here. I think I may be the only AZ person playing along, and maybe that is why there is no AZ drop or Book Signing.

I will put this out there but I think it is unlikely. If anyone gets an Extra package from the LA drop or the NY drop. (or those coming up) I WILL pay shipping costs to have one sent to me in AZ since I think that AZ might not be included for this game anytime soon. PM me and let me get your info if you have an extra.

Yeah email it to the corruption theory person at corruptiontheorySPLATyahoo.com

you will get an automated response. Then hopefully he or she will dig up some more information on Naaczaal.

My guess is the gas stations will be showing the location of the next party, but now that we have them all, it's not necessary to keep checking.

Unless they change the password from 2012 (not likely) or they change the time (probably the only reason to go look)

Great discovery! and an Atlanta location makes me very happy. The address for an entire mall was a little confusing, but I'm guessing it will be at Teahouse Comics in suite B-107:
http://www.teahouse-comics.com/

Looking at the list it matches 7 of the 15 cities. I'm a little surprised they aren't trying to cover all 15, but at the rate they are rolling them out they won't have time before the movie premiere.

well, this just posted up on after the IHC

Save the Date
If youíve missed attending the party so far, Iím sending out more invitations Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon, just as Iíve done before. I know youíre all very busy, but perhaps you can make the time for us in your agenda?

So that means more parties. I hope for a AZ party "crosses Fingers"

Also what 15 cities are listed for book signings since Facebook is no good here at work?
