Methinks we'll be getting more out of this site.
I think the idea is supposed to be that we're seeing some sort of.."code breaker" for lack of a better word, and it's supposedly "decoded" that date.

Since the random letters are still running, I think we'll have at least one more update, possibly with a more specific location or something of the like..

how do they reflect on say store opening hours in the states etc ?

I noticed that. Those are military-time dates so they translate to 9pm for LA and Seattle, and 11:59pm for New York.

There's a gosh-darn fourth column now. Wonder what that'll be... specific location/GPS coord maybe?

Yes and Ive already said that...New york is 23:59 also because if it was 00:00 Date would have to be changed...Analog helped realize that part lol...
