I'll be honest, an IRC chat seems like a good plan for me, seems better than a skypechat, although I imagine both would be quite interesting.

Absolutely!

We have plenty of safe-to-answer questions, and we've got until June to shoot the breeze (though Adrian might be swamped to all Hell).

But, if he's available, I'd definitely participate, or at least check a transcript.
