Please, can we keep these threads on-topic? As Ehsan said, this thread should be used for major updates related to the Vegas event. Talking about how we should plan for the event would be better placed in the Live Event Coordination thread. Things are going to be crazy enough tonight without having to wade through a hundred posts from people just chiming in with no pertinent (or duplicated) information.

Also, if you haven't taken the time, please register on the boards. Besides being able to customize your avatar and sig, you can also edit your posts people can reach you through the Private Message system which can greatly cut down on the noise in the threads.

Fair enough Rowan.
I figured the video camera was a fairly important item, considering the last two lines of the CES show, the production notes are now fully understood. These two lines seem to point out that something important will be projected onto the water itself or something nearby.

It's obviously a map of the Bellagio fountains with a grid around it (that I can barely make out.) I'm not sure how legit it is, nor do I know if it provides any more information than we already have.

UF reporter, Konashark, is currently at the Bellagio Fountains talking with an official. The official said, "This is the first and last time they will ever use the fountains as a screen."

Also, she reports the tent has been taken down and velver ropes put up.
