SF Live Event Footage I figure this is where I'll point people that want to get their video fix.
Yes, footage was had. Yes, it's shaky digicam stuff. No, I'm not sorry...:>
However, out of love for the people that run this place, and in the hopes that I don't wipe out their bandwidth useage, I'm going to take suggestions on how to put this stuff up.
Presently, I'm trying http://www.putfile.com/silverkun as a sample. Presently, it's seeming to be on the flaky side, but you get what you pay for. The file up there was *supposed* to have one more question and it's answer, but...
Additionally, the footage I'm putting up is *raw*, as in unedited. This is a bad thing since normally, I could crop the files for silliness. Instead, you get the silly files. Any offers of post-prod work would be greatly appreciated by all, I'm sure.
Lastly, it was mentioned that there may be some that might not want their pic posted on the intarweb. That said, if you *don't* want your visage put up for fellow ARGers to see, PM me and let me know what you were wearing, and I'll try to clip accordingly.
And stuff...
Input, please?

Because Phaedra and Yanka are deities in their own right, they've offered to host these videos. The filenames are as follows:
Pregame
Intro
Unfiction Meet
Unfiction Intro
Vesnas
SpaceBass Interview
Game Start
Walkaround
Winners and Requests
At the Sweet Spot
Holding Hands
EDIT: Fixed links. They should work now without the instructions below. --Phaedra
These files have not finished transferring, apparantly due to an issue with XP's ability to reliably handle FTP connections, but we should be done by tonight. For now, attach one of these filenames to the end of this URL: http://www.phaedra.us/LCP/ and look for a downloading icon in your browser.
I'll be finishing with the uplink tonight when I get back from boiling myself.
Game On, Folks...

Here's the backup (not that it's really needed, since Phaedra's already works great):

Good gods, please make this better in post-prod! And clean up the last, like 100 seconds of 8; people don't need to see the side of my jacket that close...

Hey, for everyone who wants to take footage at these things, I would LOVE some action shots of the actual hold em game. I am looking to make a music video at the end of the game, if that would be cool. Also, I would love to have 'not cleaned up and edited' footage as well, like what was posted above. I am hoping to do a poll, if everyone is in, to choose the actual song that the video would be to, so any suggestions would be awesome. Also, any suggestions as to if I should just use the live events footage, or some of the actual LPC videos as well.
Awesome job, Silver. Hopefully more people will carry a cam with em so this little dream of mine will come to pass.

Aw hells. Why do I smell a poll?
Is this something we want to encourage? *winks*
