Added RSS 2.0 and Atom 0.3 XML feeds and buttons on every index, category, and forum page for easy selection.

These new feeds are customizable for results just as is the existing RSS 0.92 feed.

Feed location
http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/rss2.php

Acceptable variables
f=x - forum id. RSS for this forum only.
cat=x - category id. RSS only for all forums in this category.
t=1 - only new topics (first messages in topic). Default is all posts.
c=x - feed items count. If omitted, the default value of 25 will be used.
atom - generate atom 0.3 feed instead of (default) rss 2.0
nolimit - turn off "If-Modified-Since" record limit (by default)
styled - use XSLT style for RSS feed (for viewing in a browser)

The "Search" widget on the forum index page (show posts from the last 2 hours, etc) seems to be broken - no matter what time value I choose, it tells me that no posts match my search criteria.

That said, my computer is being a bit erratic recently, so it might be me... (somehow?)

I'm frequently unable to get to the forum -- I get a page from WordPress saying it's unable to connect to the database or some such. (Next time it happens, I'll cut and paste the exact text.) If I give it 10 minutes, it seems to fix itself, but still...

Search by time dropdown should be fixed, thanks to Wishi.

Please let me know if at any time after this post you get any PHP "critical errors" about not being able to connect to the database.

Updated trout () icon, and linked it to the recent trout discussion. While I was in there, I also added title tags to the smilies so the description will show up on mouseover in Firefox too. Go me!
