Some of the group met up at Gordon Biersh at 3pm, hoping to run into Stephen Lake, Esq. Instead, they found a note inviting them to enjoy a drink and a clue: "Neon Note, LVCC".
I'll let those participants tell you all about that adventure (they have the pictures, not I).
At 5p we found the "man in the white hat" (Steve's son) and started the Martha's Mystery Quest through the Hard Rock Casino. I'll let Steve explain it, and Mottjr will have those pictures.
Dinner was at the Hard Rock Cafe. Here are some pictures.

Oh, and add my to the Star Trek limo list if there's room. If not, I'll drive over and meet you guys in the Fark Bar afterward. I've done the Experience a few times already in the past year, so it's not worth the bucks for me at this point.

Well, it's official! Laz is coming to LAS! (thank you Priceline)
Due to a last minute vendor problem (I won't mention any names, but it begins with D and rhymes with "Hell"), the server I was scheduled to install this weekend won't be arriving as promised. So I'm free to come to Las Vegas (and it's been quite a few years since I was last there)!
And if there's still room in the limo, I'd like to join the group going to the Star Trek Experience. If not, I'll meet you there.
Three days hence, I'll see you all!

Rather than having us all posting cell phone numbers here, or having to send 20 separate private messages, howzabout we all send basic contact info (hotel, arrive/depart, cell phone, email) to someone (me: aliendialSPLATyahoo.com) or some other happy volunteer, to be collated into a single document?

And the desserts/drinks at Quarks are fun.

After the Event
After our Saturday night event, I'm inviting as many of you as will fit into the limo to cruise the strip and ride over to The Star Trek Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. (We'll return to the Hard Rock later.)
