but I just found it. I knew I had it written down somewhere! This is the link:
sc.com/images/profile/qrs/qr/qr?.jpg
and if you change the numbers one through nine I believe, you can see the different possible ones & I guess people all had one of them?
So. If you had QR7 then the one on your badge is probably part of THAT code.
Any thoughts??

I get you, i think
Each part of the code on the ID's might be part of a larger segment (4 for arguments sake).
Then when they are assembled they make 1 piece that fits into the grid on the profile page. So that would mean we'd need 4 x 8 different codes.
Or sommat like that.

Possibility:
I remember when going through here before we saw that on the profile page that there were a few possible codes. If in order to make the code, say it takes 20 people to put their badges together, well then they would make one of the images... the one that is showed on their profile.
So... maybe that's how we'll be grouped! We're all part of the codes, there's a few!
Sorry if this doesn't make any sense. I'm just thinking and probably didn't word this right or could be completely wrong, but if I'm right...someone maybe can explain it better? thanks heh

Yeah I agree that it is most likely a 4x4 QR, but there is also the posibility its 5x5. And as for the pictures, they are fine. A decent QR could be made in Photoshop or paint using photos of the detail provided.

I'd like to point out that in order to create a scannable composite, we'll need much clearer images. I'm guessing that, as the /coda (I think?) "clue" had indicated, there are eight different images, so I hope it won't be too difficult to get decent scans of each piece.
Edit:

the solid square is a corner piece so if i had to judge based on this i would say we are looking at a 4X4 so we actually need 16 different pieces, it may be 3X3 meaning we need 12 but the corner piece looks way too big for it to be 4X2
But then again, that makes sense too. X3

These are the only pics I could find (so far) off of the facebook page. Apologies to everyone for ripping your badges off and posting here...I do it in the name of exploration and discovery!
Edit: Again, these are not my pics. These are the early pics people have been posting on FB. Also to add more confusion to the mix, some people are reporting their pics are backwards. Once more and more UF's get theirs I'm sure we'llhave a great collection of photos to compare.
Edit #2: Added the slip of paper that also comes with the badge and free pack of gum.

Originally when worked out, this lead to the survivalcode.com/coda area, but in all likliehood this may have changed.
Can we get screenshots on here of all the different pieces?

[PUZZLE|SOLVED] QR Puzzle
Test subjects are receiving new packages through the post at the moment that contain what appear to be pieces of a QR code on the back of ID badges. (along with a pack of gum).
Under these pieces are a number of symbols (8 judging by the pics) that seem to be instructions on where to place these pieces on a grid e.g. (up, down, left righ etc)
This grid is likely (very very very muchly so) to be the one on the profile page.
